How to track an order that's been shipped?
Ferrari Logistics will provide the UPS tracking number for the customer. Customers are welcomed to call directly to the toll free number provided on the order confrimation.
In store pick up option?
No items purchased through this website are avialable for pick up at any store.
WHAT can be returned?
Any unworn product in original packaging may be returned.
WHEN do items need to be returned by?
All items must be returned 30 days from the date of shipment.
